How to measure your pipe
Measure the outside diameter of the pipe or spigot the hose pushes onto, using a ruler or callipers. Choose the hose whose inside diameter (ID) matches that measurement.
Between sizes? Go for the smaller one. Silicone stretches a little to grip, but it can't be clamped down onto a pipe that is too small.

- 🔧 CUT TO ANY LENGTH - A straight 1 metre length you can cut to exactly the size you need with a sharp knife. Typical uses at this size: vacuum lines, breather and crankcase vent hoses, boost and wastegate actuator lines, and coolant bleed pipes. For air, water and coolant; not suitable for fuel or oil (choose our Fluoro Lined fuel and oil hose for those).
- 🌡️ -50°C TO +180°C OPERATING RANGE - Rated -50°C to +180°C with a peak of +250°C, so it copes close to the exhaust, turbo or manifold where small rubber lines go hard and crack.
- 🛡️ SAE J20 R3, 3 PLY POLYESTER REINFORCED - Smooth extruded silicone inner with 3 layers of polyester fabric in the 4.5mm wall, so it holds its shape under pressure and resists swelling. The silicone resists ozone, UV light, weathering and ageing, so it lasts outdoors and in the engine bay without perishing.
- ⚫ BLACK - FITTING TIP - Push the hose fully onto the pipe, then use hose clips whose range covers about 15.5mm (the Outside Diameter). Black silicone gives a factory-style look that blends in alongside OEM rubber hoses. Also available in other colours and sizes.

A straight 1 metre length you can cut to exactly the size you need with a sharp knife. Made by Auto Silicone Hoses from polyester reinforced silicone for air, water and coolant (not fuel or oil), it stays flexible from -50°C to +180°C and will not perish, go hard or crack with heat cycling the way ordinary rubber hose does.
