Returns

At AP Motorstore, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unworn/unused, with all original tags
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To start a return, contact us at web@autosiliconehoses.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with full instructions.

Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and work quickly to put it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

• Custom-made products (such as Alloy Joiners, Alloy Connectors, and Silicone Couplers — made to order and classed as tailor-made items)
• Flammable liquids or gases
• Clearance products
• Sale items
• Gift cards

If you’re unsure about a product’s return eligibility, please contact us before submitting a return request.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you need is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
